Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my cottage bakery! Because all items are made to order and are perishable, I have a few policies in place to ensure fairness for both my customers and my business.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order details carefully before confirming. Once an order is finalized, changes may be limited or unavailable.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.
Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Orders not picked up at the agreed time
Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photos and a description of the concern. I will do my best to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or store credit at my discretion.
Pickup & Storage Responsibility
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, I am not responsible for any damage due to improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions (such as heat).
No-Shows
Orders that are not picked up during the agreed timeframe without prior communication will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week prior to the scheduled pickup or event date.
